Myo-inositol is a member of the vitamin B-complex group. It is used in treating polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Myo-inositol, may help induce ovulation in women with PCOS by improving the way the body uses insulin. Myo-inositol has shown insulin‐sensitizing, anti‐inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. A growing number of pregnant women are at risk for these conditions, all of which are characterized by insulin resistance, hyper insulinaemia, inflammation, and increased oxidative stress
L-Methyl Folate: It helps correct low folate levels and prevents anaemia. It also increases total antioxidant capacity. L-methyl folate is the biologically active and naturally occurring form of folic acid. It is synthesized by the human body and is safe to take during pregnancy. During early development, it helps form the neural tube. It is very important because it can help prevent some major birth defects of the baby’s brain (anencephaly) and spine (spina bifida).
Vitamin D3: Vitamin D supplementation during pregnancy improves maternal vitamin D status and may reduce the risk of pre-eclampsia, low birth weight and preterm birth. Achieving an optimal vitamin D level is important before and during pregnancy.
L-arginine: It promotes intrauterine growth of the fetus by increasing bioavailability of endothelial nitric oxide (NO) production and improving the umbilical artery flow in pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension and fetal growth restriction.
